Thanks for your feedback, Jeff. It is very much appreciated.

As I read through your comments in the Introduction section, I got the sense that perhaps our objectives could have been stated more clearly. Others have provided similar comments. It was George’s and my intent to describe how, via e-filing, electronic service could be used to facilitate – the operative word being ‘facilitate’ – e-service in different ways. We’ll look to tighten the language up as appropriate. We’ll also read through the information referenced in the link you provided.
