        Please review this FINAL? working draft of ECF 5.0 carefully and submit your feedback by Friday, June 30.  I plan to create a ballot on July 1 to approve this working draft (with any changes based on the feedback this week) as a Committee Specification Draft / Public Review Draft.

ECF 5.0 Working Draft 17. Fixed example in 6.2.1.11.1. Added new section
6.4 for Case Participant Rules and new CaseParticipantRoleCode code list.
Added new Appendix F providing non-normative guidance on the use of
references. Added ecf:DocumentReviewer and ecf:DocumentReviewStatus.
Added TC members with voting status to Appendix A.
