Hi Jim,
I know I'm beating a dead horse here but the edits to the definition of ECF 5's Limited SOP - specific to "primary service"- remain factually incorrect. I understand the spec supports electronic delivery to (1) process servers, and (2) registered agents.
As a result, I also understand that the TC needs to carve out an exception to the definition of what the spec supports relating to the legal definition of "primary service".
My issue remains this. Electronic delivery to a process server is NOT primary service. Electronic delivery to a registered agent IS.
