Thanks for proposing a redesign to mitigate duplication of document metadata.  I identified a few issues with your Example 11 and proposed resolutions. Please review and comment.  The changes to schemas and examples will be significant so I’ll wait until we come to agreement before implementing in WD33.  Let me know if we need to schedule a call to discuss.
