Please review the minor changes to WD38 and email the TC ASAP if you see any issues.
If no issues are reported by 11/23, I plan to call for approval of WD38 as another Committee Specification Draft and 15 day Public Review Draft so that we can hopefully approved ECF 5.0 as a Committee Specification at the Face to Face meeting.
