Good Day NIEM Domain Stakeholders, Gray Beards, and Technical Community!

We are excited to announce that NIEM version 4.2 Beta 1 is available for public review at http://niem.github.io/niem-releases.  To progress towards the NIEM 4.2 release in October 2019, will you please provide your comments by Wednesday September 18, 2019? 

The NIEM 4.2 minor release incorporates content updates to the Biometrics, Emergency Management and Justice domains, and NIEM Core Supplement 4.0.2.

The NIEM release schedule provides the opportunity to address community needs with model updates on an annual cycle.
