Thanks to everyone who voted the ballot to approve the ECF 5.01 Core Specification as a Committee Specification Draft and Public Review Draft. With 9 of 11 eligible voters in favor, the vote passed. Apologies to Ryan – I will correct your affiliation before I submit it to the TC administrators.
However, the other ballot to approve the ECF 5.01 Web Services SIP as a Committee Specification Draft and Public Review Draft failed to achieve approval by a majority of eligible voters. With 5 of 11 eligible voters in favor and 0 against,
the vote did not pass. I will reissue this ballot (with the corrected attribution for Ryan) and issue another ballot. Hopefully, we’ll get enough votes this time around.
