Feedback on ECF 4.1 WD05 and WDSIP WD03

Attached is feedback on the most recent distribution of ECF 4.1 (WD05) and its accompanying Web Services SIP (WD03).

 

There are a couple of gnarly issues, so I recommend reading this prior to the next TC meeting, at which I presume it will be open for discussion.
