ECF TC:
There were 4 ballots to approve ECF 4.1, 4.1 SIP, 5.01 and 5.01 SIP as CSDs last week. With 10 eligible voters, none received the required 6 “yes” votes to approve so all failed. In addition, Jim Price submitted comments re: ECF 4.1.
I will be reissuing new ballots to approve 5.01 and 5.01 SIP as CSDs today. I hope each will get the necessary attention to be approved this time.
Since we are our meeting in Las Vegas next Wednesday, I will defer approval of ECF 4.1 and 4.1 SIP for now and will include discussion of Jim Price’s comments in the meeting agenda.
