Subject: [legalxml-econtracts] Basic Contract Structure - Sections

It is proposed that a contract be composed of Sections, Clauses, and Paragraphs. Within a Section, there may be Clauses, Paragraphs, and SubSections. Within a Clause there may be SubClauses and Paragraphs. Within a SubClause there may be Paragraphs. Within a Paragraph there may be SubParagraphs. Any of these structural elements may contain captions, whether numbered captions or not.
