It is proposed that a contract be composed of Sections, Clauses,
and Paragraphs. Within a Section, there may be Clauses, Paragraphs, and
SubSections. Within a Clause there may be SubClauses and Paragraphs. Within a
SubClause there may be Paragraphs. Within a Paragraph there may be
SubParagraphs. Any of these structural elements may contain captions,
whether numbered captions or not.
