I am now in a meeting of the steering committee (SC). The sense of the SC is that it would very much like to have both a presentation by eContracts in the OASIS symposium if it can be had on the last day of the symposium in New Orleans (April 27) and again in an abbreviated form or as a question and answer session immediately following the CourtFiling TC Meeting on the 28th in the afternoon about the TC's conclusions the appropriateness of using XHTML 2.0 and/or the Justice Data Dictionary in the proposed eContracts standard. Several members asked if there could be a paper on the preliminary conclusions that could be distributed in time for New Orleans, understanding that everything is in flux within the TC right now about these concepts.
