1. Use case template and 2. Face to Face Meeting

Peter - My first reaction was that this is too long for a template.
However, upon reading each issue, I do see that they are all quite pertinent
and given how far along the path this TC finds itself, the level of detail
invited is probably not too granular.

All - Regarding the face to face meeting, at the last conference call
meeting of our TC we tentatively planned for Sept 19th and 20th.  I have
yetnton hear back from the conference orginizer, however, and given the
short time left I am starting to look into other options.  One possible
option would be to have the meeting in the San Francisco area instead (I am
certain of having appropriate place and conference call equipment there)
rather than in Monteray.  Another possibility (though worse, given that many
of us have already reserved the dates) would be to push back the face to
face to a later date to assure enough time to plan.  I suggest we bring up
the issue at this week's conference call and come to final conclusion as a
group on the details.  I'll be sure to have one or more alternatives ready
for discussion and decision at our call.
