In connection with your agenda, please note the following comment by
Jamie Clark to me:

"While some of the LegalXML TCs have completed their transition to our
new IPR policy, two --eContracts and Integrated Justice -- have not. 
This must be initiated, balloted and *completed* by each TC before 15
April, the end of our two year mandatory transition period, if those
TCs are to exist after that date.  As a practical matter, to accomplish
this, action by each TC no later than mid-January is almost inevitably
required."

Please begin transition to the new IPR without delay to prevent a
shutdown of the TC. Thank you.
