Yes - this is indeed a big day for the TC !  

I would like to use this opportunity to thank Peter in the first place for
his tireless efforts in making sure that we deliver quality spec, to Dan, Dr
Leff and Dave for their handling of interactions with OASIS and legalXML
structures, and to everyone who has been on the TC in the past, and who
participated in numerous and often long and tiring discussions. 

I do hope we have some small result in this big area and let's hope that
market will recognise this a bit more than what you think Peter :-)
