Subject: More on deadline for econtracts spec


I hope this is not overload for all recipients, but it seems to pinpoint
a date for a substantially complete spec from WIU, retrieved from email
archive, mentioning delivery as of November 21, 2006. Any further
information would be greatly appreciated.
