Subject: Ballot to approve clarified charter

Hi everyone, Sorry for the confusion – there was some concern
that the charter was not actually accessible at the link provided and therefore
the ballot was closed; however the link is, in fact, correct and the ballot has
been reinstated. Any votes made prior to the closing are still in effect, but
any voting member is free to change their vote up until the ballot closes at 11:45pm
