Subject: How we want feedback

Hello everyone, I've had a request from a TC member as to how and when we want feedback on the MNDR sections.
My recommendation is that the process evolve as follows...
Right now, we should invite lively discussion
on the list, to culminate in discussion at the face-to-face. After the discussion has happened (i.e., after the
face-to-face), we as the SC will compile a list of issues and requested changes to the deliverables and make sure the
sections are updated as appropriate. After that round of editing (plus any additional editing we wish to do), we will
declare the sections "final draft" and integrate them into one document. After a final round of TC review
and editing of that document, we will submit to the TC for a vote as a committee draft.
Sound about right?
I'd like to address this issue on the TC list today if possible, so please let me know asap of any objections or
modifications.
Thanks.
