RE: [legalxml-intjustice-comment] Public Comment

The legal xml web site has a 'public comment' page and a spammer has been 
putting in these msgs for a couple months now.  We've tried to get a 
monderator/legal xml person to do something about it, to no avail.  It 
appears this list is defunct, and that all the action has moved on to 
other places, possibly w/ other lists.  Some folks have had difficulty 
unsubscribing from this list - email response saying 'all unsub msgs are 
being rejected at the moment' or words to that effect, as if there were 
some transistion going on that either stalled or is taking a looooong time 
to complete.

The problem with that strategy being, you assume that there's only one
