Subject: LegalXML Integrated Justice Technical Committee - Conference Call scheduled for May 18, 2004
As discussed at the April 29 face to face meeting held during the OASIS conference in New Orleans, a monthly conference call has been scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month. A draft agenda follows below; please let me know if you would like to add other items.

1. Review, revise, and approve minutes from the April 29 face to face meeting in New Orleans.
2. Confirm new chairs (Ellen Perry, private sector and John Ruegg, public sector) and set up a rotation assignment for other leadership tasks such as web master and secretary.
3. Discuss reference document selection process.
4. Discuss general approach, methodology, statement of work, task list, schedule.
5. Appoint work groups for each reference document.
6. Other business.
