PLEASE REPLY - RE: Meeting in Seattle in September

Hello, LegalXML Integrated Justice Technical Committee members,

A face-to-face meeting of our Technical Committee will be held in Seattle on Wednesday, September 21. We're scheduling this meting to be held the day before the two day Court Filing Technical Committee meeting (scheduled in Seattle on Thursday, September 22, and Friday, September 23, 2004)as many of you attend both groups, and will be coordinating meeting arrangements with the CFTC. 

We are working to set up arrangements for lodging and a meeting place in Seattle. To obtain the most reasonable rates for accommodations, we do need to know how many people would be staying in our "host" hotel. We also need to know the likely overall attendance, so we can arrange for a proper meeting place to accommodate us. 


Please let me know, by REPLY (not REPLY ALL): 
 
1)      Will you attend the Integrated Justice TC Face-to-Face in Seattle? (Please indicate if you would also be attending the Court Filing TC meeting.)

2)      If so, would you want a hotel reservation and, if yes, for how many persons?


It would be helpful to have this information right away, even if your response is fairly tentative. Please provide your response by this Friday, if you can. If you can't, please respond as soon as you can in any case.
 

We will send details about the hotel and meeting space when firmed up. We are working to keep the hotel rate under $100 per night -- in the vicinity of downtown Seattle.
