I recommend looking at the figures and
drawings to consider the potential impact this patent application has on
LegalXML-Legislative efforts on both representation of legislative content
and on subscriptions and legislative content delivery processes.

I have also attached a pdf of another
application that would also impact subscription/delivery and a pdf of the
full list of content guard applications.

John Messing from LegalXML-eContracts
is considering how Contentguard's patent application activities should
impact the revised IPR policy.

Would like to find out during our call
tomorrow if anyone has taken any further action on submitting prior art
to US PTO.
