Member Section meeting in New Orleans

This is a reminder.  As I informed you in January, the Legal XML Member Section will meet at 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 28^th in New Orleans in conjunction with the OASIS symposium and meetings of the Electronic Court Filing and Integrated Justice Technical Committees.

 

Our agenda will include:

 

Report from the Steering Committee on the mission and objectives of the Member Section, operating plans, and procedures for approving requests for financial support of Member Section TC activities

 

Reports from each TC on its goals, activities, products and objectives within the next 12 months

 

As time permits, presentations by members on:

 

            XHTML and its potential application for contracts

 

            The Global Justice XML Data Model

 

            The California 2GEFS electronic filing specifications

 

            The Open XML Court Interface specifications

 

The status of the Electronic Court Filing TC’s current project – a Court Filing “Blue” schema specification
