Roger Winters to the OASIS LegalXML Member Section document repository.

Document Description:
This document came from OASIS as a template for Rules of Procedure (ROP)
for member sections of OASIS. John Greacen reviewed and revised it and,
after OASIS staff raised questions, Roger Winters further revised it and
met by phone with Patrick Gannon and Dee Schur of OASIS to go over the
document in detail. Roger Winters added a draft "Statement of Work" on
5/9/07. This draft is to be reviewed by the Steering Committee and, when
adopted (hopefully on 5/9/07), will go to the OASIS Board for review and
approval at its next meeting.
