Subject: IMPORTANT: Tomorrow is the last day to become an eligible voter for the LegalDocument TC first meeting
This is a quick reminder that tomorrow is the deadline for joining the LegalDocumentML TC as a voting member. If you have not yet joined the TC and you wish to be able to vote at the first meeting, you must take action to join the TC by end of day tomorrow. The first meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 29 March 2012 at 12:00 PM US eastern time. See http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/event.php?event_id=32896 for details. Note that being a co-proposer of the TC does not automatically add you to the membership. You must explicitly join the TC in order to agree to the OASIS policies that govern it. To join, please go to the main TC page at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legaldocml/index.php (you will need to log in to the OASIS web site) and click the "join group" link under the Roster entry.
