Michal has been dveleoping the draft in MarkDown locally

Meeting agreed to bring his MarkDown to the LEXIDMA GitHub https://github.com/oasis-tcs/lexidma as a sister folder to the DocBook spec folder, so that John can contribute his RDF serialization

Secretary to request write access for michmech and jmccrae

TC agreed that the stable core, mdoules, and serializations will be brought into the DocBook template after the Flornce event next week in order to facilitate start of public reviews
