Hi all,

I've made some last-minute changes to the Controlled Values module to simplify how we handle various constraints there. This change is included in pull request #30.

This change arose from my work on the relational database serialization of DMLex, and is only of interest to people who are planning to implement DMLex as a relational database (a small club consisting mostly of myself). The XML serialization is not affected by this. However, I am attaching the latest PDF just in case.

The spec for our XML serialization (= our chapter 10) is now ready in pull request #30. I'm attaching the latest PDF for everyone's information.

I'll start working on the JSON serialization now.
