        The meeting will start on Monday, August 21 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time. This will allow most participants to travel to Denver that morning.

The meeting will end by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, August 22.  Some participants may be able to travel home that evening, others may prefer to travel the next morning.
