Cancelled: OASIS LP TC monthly conference call

        All - Several TC members are not available for the TC call on Tuesday (10/2) and, while work has continued on the spec, there's not much progress to report since the recent meeting in Denver. The models are being updated and we are targeting an initial committee draft by the end of October.

In the meantime, Riyaz will be following up with the two task teams we discussed at the face to face - one on capturing eligibility criteria for services (Ray, Glenn, Lester and John) and the other to come up with some ideas for marketing/outreach (Ray, Lester, Joyce).
