Per the OASIS Member Section Policy and LegalXML Rules of Procedure (revised 11/3/2021), eligible members of the LegalXML Member Section are elected to represent the membership on the LegalXML Steering Committee and serve two years terms as “At Large Representatives”. The LegalXML Steering Committee has determined that there are 3 seats available this year in order to maintain an odd number of members.
