Hi Don,
as the TC GitHub repo is now available, I went ahead and
provided as an example the meeting minutes of 2023-10-24
in a text and a pdf format transformed from your kavi stored docx variant.
The advantages of text or pdf formats stored in GitHub are
* the direct accessibility (especially per GitHub) to the public.
* direct search and display per GitHub over all minutes for something ...
* direct interaction with text like files per pull requests / edits / comments
kavi does not provide any of that.
For kavi docx format minutes I have to always download them and can only
read them when I am on my home computer (and even have to use Libre Office
to read the Word docx document without crash.
So, if you can imagine to add e.g. PDF generation from your docx minute sources
we could just issue the minutes physically per GitHub and then
publish the kavi document as link.
We can use pull requests to discuss the minutes before the approval in the
subsequent meeting.
What do you think?
PS: If we would use less and especially less complicated tables,
we could easily edit and have rendered markdown text ... just saying
Best,
Stefan.
