Subject: RE: [materials] Public Review of Materials Markup Language PR1

Thanks for following up the review link.

There is a workshop at CODATA on Syndication of Materials Databases, in
which MatML is sure to be discussed, but I'm not aware of a MatML
specific workshop. If I had been able to go I would have talked on the
relationship between MatML, the NMC Mat-DB project and a means for
promoting compatibility between them. The URL for the workshop is:

http://www.codataweb.org/06conf/meetings/22oct06-1.html

I'm afraid that's all I've got.

Craig

Hi Craig!

The MatML review should be listed on the OASIS homepage - I'll resend
the request immediately!

On another note, can you give me any information about the MatML
Workshop that's being held in Beijing as part of the CODATA conference
next month?
