[OASIS members] end of review for SAML and CPPA

OASIS members:

The review period for the SAML and ebXML CPPA Committee Specifications
will end on Monday. You should give your input to your organizations's
official OASIS voting representative who will cast the organization's
vote on whether to approve these two specs as OASIS Standards. I will
send out the Call For Vote to the voting reps at the start of voting
on Tuesday. (Note that only organizational members of OASIS, and not
Individual members, may vote.)
