new OASIS staff member: Mary McRae

OASIS members:

I am very pleased to announce that Mary McRae has joined the OASIS staff 
as an part-time TC administrator. She will be working with Jamie Clark 
and myself to help keep the 60+ OASIS TCs active and moving towards the 
accomplishment of the goals and deliverables that they have set for 
themselves. Mary has worked for many years as an SGML and XML 
consultant, and has a long history with the consortium going back to the 
early days of SGML Open, the predecessor of OASIS. She is a previous 
OASIS board member and committee chair.
