DocBook TC Charter Updated

OASIS members:

 

The OASIS DocBook TC voted on 15 December 2004 to clarify its charter. Changes included the addition of the following sentence in the first paragraph of the statement of purpose: DocBook has been, and will continue to be, designed to satisfy this requirement. A new implementation (Mandrakelinux) was also noted.
