2011 Board and TAB election results

OASIS Members,

We are pleased to announce the results of the 2011 elections for the
Board of Directors and Technical Advisory Board.

Abbie Barbir of Bank of America and Sanjay Patil of SAP were elected;
Individual member Peter Brown,  Mike DeNicola of Fujitsu, Dave Ings of
IBM were reelected to the Board of Directors.  These directors will
begin their new two-year term at the Board meeting 28 July and will
join continuing members Bob Freund of Hitachi, Tony Giroti of Bridge
Energy, Frederick Hirsch of Nokia, Jim Hughes of Microsoft, Jeff
Mischkinsky of Oracle and Charles Schulz of Ars Aperta.

Martin Chapman of Oracle and Individual member Patrick Durusau were
reelected to the TAB.  They will begin their new term 29 July and join
continuing member Jacques Durand of Fujitsu, with one seat remaining
unfilled.

The consortium would like to express our deepest appreciation to
outgoing  Board members Paul Lipton of CA Technologies who served
since 2009 and Claus von Riegen of SAP who served since 2005.  Their
commitment and efforts have been an important part of OASIS success
over their years of service.

Finally, we offer our thanks to all OASIS members who participated in
the 2011 election process--by nominating candidates, volunteering to
serve, evaluating candidates, and casting ballots. OASIS continues to
be distinguished by our open election process, our member
participation, and the quality of our leadership.
