Subject: TAB Special Election Results
I am pleased to announce that Dr. Jun QIAN of Chinese Primeton Technology Company has won the Special Election to the OASIS Technical Advisory Board (TAB) Dr. Qian will join the current TAB members Martin Chapman (Oracle), Jacques Durand (Fujitsu) and Patrick Durusau and will hold this seat until July 2014. We are pleased to have Dr. Qian joining the TAB in its mission to advise the OASIS Board of Directors, staff, and membership on matters related to the technical agenda of OASIS. The TAB focuses on improving the standards development process, improving the quality of OASIS Standards through the production of guidelines and educational materials, and advising on improvements to community and collaboration processes and technologies.
