Checklist version of proposed comment handling procedure plus comment resolution log

OASIS members, 

Earlier this month, I sent out a request for feedback on a proposed procedure for handling comments. I received a great deal of useful feedback from many of you. To those who provided feedback, my thanks. 

One suggestion was that I produce a checklist that shows the proposal in a succint form. You will find that checklist attached to this message as TC-comment-handling-checklist-wd01.xslx. 

Also I asked that people use the oasis-member-discuss@lists.oasis-open.org to continue the dialog. I since discovered that while anyone can post to the mailing list, you must join the OASIS Member Discuss group to be subscribed to the email - just like any other TC. The group homepage is at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/oasis-member-discuss/ if you want to join. 

I have attached a comment resolution log with the feedback received to this email as TC-Admin-Comment-Handling-review-comments-01-26-2013.xls and you can review the comments at the archive at https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/oasis-member-discuss/. 

Again, I invite any feedback or suggestions you can offer. My plan is to publish the procedure formally the first week of February and apply the requirements to public reviews that begin after that date.
