Members elected Martin Chapman of Oracle and re-elected Peter Brown (Individual member), Mike DeNicola of Fujitsu, Dave Ings of IBM, and Sanjay Patil of SAP to the OASIS Board of Directors. Ashok Malhotra of Oracle was elected and Patrick Durusau (Individual member) was re-elected to the Technical Advisory Board. All new directors will serve two-year terms, beginning 30 Jul.
