The JIRA upgrade is complete

OASIS members,

If your TC uses JIRA to track its issues, you will notice a new look starting today. The upgrade to JIRA 6.1.1 was completed over the weekend, giving you all the most current version of this issue management application. This is part of our on-going commitment to improve the tools that support you in your work.

Before the release was approved, all active JIRA projects were reviewed to ensure that all issues were carried over in their current state. If you notice any discrepancies, let me know right away so that I can follow up on it with you.

Two minor changes were made to the TC issues workflow to enable new issues to be deferred and to enable resolved issues to be returned to the open state if the proposed resolution did not address the issue for any reason. The attached issues-workflow.jpg shows the workflow now in place.
