Subject: Re: 2017 Board Special Election Results
By a vote of the members, Richard Struse has been selected to fill the Board seat recently vacated by the resignation of Ram Jeyaraman.Mr. Struse will be formally seated as a Board member at the Board teleconference 30 January 2018. He will serve out this term ending in July 2018 and will be eligible for reelection in the 2018 Annual Election.Thank you to the candidates for offering their service and to all members who participated in the election process. Through this process, OASIS and its members benefits from continued strong leadership and vision.Lastly, the consortium extends our appreciation to Ram Jeyaraman who has served as OASIS Director since joining the Board in the 2014 Special Election.
