The members of OASIS have selected Jason Keirstead of IBM to fill the Board seat recently vacated by the retirement of Jenny Huang of AT&T. Jason will join the board immediately and will serve through the original term, ending July 2019.
OASIS thanks Jenny Huang for her board service since 2015. Jenny's boundless enthusiasm for OASIS and its possibilities, combined with her open standards and open source technology experience framed by her view in a technology consuming company gave OASIS great guidance in our evolution.ÂÂ
Lastly, thanks to all OASIS members who participated in the election process--either by offering their service to the board or by participating in the candidate selection process. 2018 has offered unprecedented opportunity for our rapid evolution with Special Elections and the Annual Election bringing five new Board members to our team.ÂÂ
