OASIS Members,
The Process Committee of the OASIS Board of Directors would like to increase our engagement with OASIS members, decrease the friction in submitting issues, change requests, and contributions, and ultimately implement transparency in the work we do. To assist in this effort the Process Committee will start using a set of Github repos to track our work and the requests and contributions from members. While these repos will be open and public, members can still email the Process Committee directly or the OASIS admin (Chet) if they feel their issue is more sensitive or want to maintain some level of anonymity.
In addition to addressing changes to the official OASIS Processes the Process Committee would also like to start collecting and curating a set of best practice documents. These documents will be developed to help everyone work efficiently within the OASIS rules. We welcome the entire OASIS membership to submit ideas, content, feedback, and even full contributions to this effort. You can find the initial list of proposed work items in the following issue tracker [1].

https://github.com/oasis-board-process-committee/OBCPs/issuesWe invite you to weigh in with your ideas. Feel free to comment on issues, add ideas and content to issues, open new issues, and even open pull requests for contributions. Right now there is a directory structure and only a single "what would this actually look like in practice" document [2].
