	Approve minutes
	Review of minutes from face-to-face of January 27-29.  Approved without dissent.
	Approve Heather as Co-Chair
	TC unanimously voted Heather Kreger, IBM, to co-chair the committee.
	Edit the Charter statement for the proposed new OASIS WSDM Committee
	The charter statement was amended and distributed as “Revised Draft” to the TC list. TC members will have one week to review the statement and comment.
	Additional members committed to the schedule
	Additional TC members committed to attend the WSDM committee when it reconvenes at 7:00 AM PST each Wednesday beginning April 2, 2003. Additional members may sign up via e-mail.   Action: the member list should be updated on the “Revised Draft” document.
	Adjournment
	The TC adjourned at 8:00 AM PST to re-convene on Wed., February 12, at 7am PST.
