The bullet points in this section (Identify -> Information Sharing and Communications) need more concrete details. For instance:

• Can you explain a specific approach in detail for this? - “In order to provide resilience, an effect approach is to segregate the message system control plane from the message delivery system”
• Also, explain a case where higher QoS processing priority makes a reconfiguration effort flow smoother?
• And do this throughout Apendix A
