1.  Section 2.1.2.2 (QoS) starts with the words " This flag".  It's not really a flag as it is a 2 byte quantity. How about "This field.." ?

2. There are three references to PUBLISH  in 2.1.2.3.  One of them is just "PUBLISH" while two are "MQTT PUBLISH".  I think everyone knows that we are doing MQTT, so we don't need to call them "MQTT PUBLISH".

3. Typo "whos" in line 321

4. Typo "REATAIN" in line 329
