Add to subscribe response 3.8.4 line 996 WD13
An identical subscribe request, which has an exact literal comparison with a previous subscription completely replaces the existing subscription using the new requested Qos values. An existing retained publication is resent. This not the same as an unsubscribe followed by subscribe, hence the flow of publications is uninterrupted.
