CSD candidate ready to review

Hi all, 

Following last week's TC call, the editors have now integrated the proposals from our last few Jira issues and delivered our Committee Specification Draft (CSD) candidate > https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=51679&wg_abbrev=mqtt <

Our Jira backlog is now cleared and at this week's TC meeting (Thursday 12th December) we'll vote to promote the CSD candidate to our first public CSD.

Please review the CSD candidate ahead of the call and be ready for voting which will be in two parts: first to accept the CSD and second to approve the CSD for public review.

The CSD candidate is underpinned by Working Draft 17 (also delivered this week) which addresses issues 105, 70, 102, 106, 107, 108 and 109 > https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=51677&wg_abbrev=mqtt <

In particular you may want to review the late breaking edits issue MQTT-109 which resolves ambiguity in two conformance clauses.
