Addendum for "MQTT and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework Version 1.0" (Non-Standards Track, Working Draft), posted 2014-04-01

There was an unfortunate OASIS system issue which resulted in the deletion of a file uploaded, so the MQTT Security Subcommittee email list archives are a bit mixed up (borked).  I have reported the system problem to OASIS IT for triage.
