Might delay TC call tomorrow (22nd May)

Hi all, 

The ballot is now closed and we have a MQTT 3.1.1 Committee Specification!

Congratulations and many thanks for all the hard work in achieving this significant milestone. 

The next stage of the process (Candidate OASIS Specification) requires us to approve Statements of Use and initiate a new ballot. It's unlikely that we'll get everything lined up for a TC call tomorrow, so it will probably make sense to defer the meeting.

I'll confirm by email tomorrow.
