Members of the MQTT TC,The call to participate under the revised charter has gone out. (See https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/members/201604/msg00008.html.) I have also posted the announcement to the OASIS LinkedIn group and tweeted it.There is nothing you need to do immediately. Here is the list of upcoming steps in the process:June 7th - I will send the TC a reminder of the upcoming steps and instructions for what you will each need to do.June 9th - I will take a snapshot of TC members on the roster and load this to a folder in your document repository. I will then remove everyone from the roster and close the TC.While the TC is closed, we will update the web site with your new charter and add a note to your front page.Once this is done, I will reopen the TC and notify you all via direct email that the roster is open and you can rejoin the TC.Note that you MUST explicitly take action to rejoin the TC under the new roster. Your membership will not automatically carry over.June 9th - first meeting: during this one week period, no work can take place. You need to limit your use of the email list etc. to any logistics for the first meeting.June 16th - at the first meeting, your first task, as when the TC first formed, will be to elect a chair or new co-chairs.Once this formality is done, you can resume TC work.Please let me know if you have any questions on this.Best regards & keep up the good work!
